I am sure that somewhere in your history of involvement in a Patriot group or III% group you have undoubtedly seen the groups that prop themselves up as being the be all end all in the Patriot movement. The ones who will cut down other patriots or patriot groups when you no longer serve their need or follow them blindly. I have seen it almost daily this week and as I read through the postings I usually wonder what service they feel they are doing by demeaning and berating sole individuals or members of other groups? It has actually started a slow rising disdain and resentment of these types of groups.
I realize that this will more than likely fall on deaf ears.
I was pretty angry a couple weeks ago when a self proclaimed national President of the III% movement clamored his way into a friends group. I questioned him but left it alone for a few hours when someone anonymously sent me screen shots and stories about the individual. Upon sharing these with that group a huge storm followed. I ended up resigning my position and decided at that point that with all the drama surrounding the III% movement I no longer wanted to use that title or image for my group. Within hours of my resignation the person in question had somehow gotten admin status and booted everyone out of the group. Later that evening my group voted on removing the III% logo and everyone agreed. We went back to be simply labeled as Patriots. Our mission hasn't changed just our title.
Maybe I am missing something? We all do not have to like one another or even agree wholeheartedly but most of our missions run parallel. We all want the same thing in the end. We want our country returned to the founders republic.
Maybe the postings are out of frustration and lack of people getting involved in the movement to take back our rights or to simply not comply with unconstitutional laws. I can think of no greater way to divide people within the Patriot movement than to make the useless posts that in essence make people feel that they are not worthy to stand shoulder to shoulder with other so called Patriots. Division has been a tactic long used by our enemies. It makes me sick that people within our own movement will do the same. I do not believe that the original posts are about me or my group, not that I would care if they were, but i felt like writing this anyways because I see no clear objective in dividing our own people.
Like Erich once said "Joe Patriot must flex his muscles but will turn against his fellow patriots instead."
And with that I bid you adieu
